I am Abhijit Kale residing in USA.I have taken HDFC Life policy by HDFC Bank,Sangamner in Oct.2013 when I was in India.After five years the Policy gets mature on 11/10/2018.As per the guide lines of HDFC Life I have emailed all KYC documents at [email protected] was a Query by the HDFC Life regarding passport immigration & Visa of USA.I have submitted authentic copies of these Queries to them.But they asking to submit the same documents again & is a deliberate harassment of me. I have also contacted the customer care of HDFC life they are saying that the documents are complete & we are processing your policy.You will get surrender value soon but still not got the amount. Please look in to the matter to get me surrender value as early as possible.Thanks Dear Team, We have sent final response on 15-11-2018. We wish to inform you that in order to process the surrender request of the aforesaid policy further we will require: 1. Bank statement of the policy holder with the latest 6 months transactions. To initiate the refund process, please submit the documents mentioned below at any HDFC Life branch ( Alternatively, you can send these documents to [email protected] from your registered email ID. Regards Swaroop B S Remark Date 2018-11-19 11:44:59 I have submitted the document as Bank statement by at [email protected] and at the HDFC Life office Sangam,ner.Still today they have not deposited the surrender value in my account.Please go through the matter and take action ahainst the comapany to get me my money.Thanks. i have filed the complaits as 987672 dt.30/10/2018,991466 dt.02/11/201/,995021 dt.04/11/2018,998498 dt.07/11/2018 & 1021816 dt.26/11/2018 at national consumer help line but yhe complait is NOT solved.please go through and solve the complain to get me my surrender amount.thanks. abhijit kale
