Complaint regarding Insurance from AppsDaily Mobile Insurance not Processing Claim

I bought a Samsung E5 mobile along with Insurance from AppsDaily. I recently had my phone stolen by three people on bike who snatched it from my father's hand while he was talking on the phone. I filed for claim and submitted a FIR that was digitally signed and stamped. They are not accepting that and when asked for submitting a letter that requests to get another FIR from the Police Station they are just repeating digital FIR is not acceptable. I have visited the Police Station twice and they say that the FIR is perfectly acceptable for insurance purpose and they cannot submit a new one when we already have one.
They make you wait for atleast half hour if you want to talk to their executive and they also repeat like a parrot that digital FIR is not acceptable.
I received the FIR not online but by visiting the Police Station. It was the police who gave me a Printed FIR. I am ready to get a new FIR but I want them to give me a letter stating that it is against their policy to accept the Digital signed FIR and I need to get a new one. And they are not ready to issue one.
They have the worst customer Care that keep on repeating this FIR is not acceptable but dont actually listen to what I am saying. Even their Connect Center people are the rudest.
It was just some 6 months old phone and I spent another 1300/- on getting it insured. This is just not acceptable that they are REJECTING my application without solving my problem or listening to what the problem is.
