DEAR SIR/MAM,
I AM Suravi ,I had got a call from dts Solution for online captcha fill up on 2nd of april 2021.THEY TOLD ME TO GIVE AADHAR CARD and email id and phone number .I HAVE TAKEN A PROJECT (FORM FILLING HOME BASED WORK)FROM qicker work from home jobs ,THEY SEND ME A mail and asked me to sign on agreement. Before signing i had already asked them that if i am not will to complete then do i have to give any mone they always said that no but after making me open the mail and tab on sign in and put my details
THEY TOLD ME TO ENTER OTP. ITS ALL DIGITALLY DONE ON ANDROID SMARTPHONE.AFTER THIS THEY SEND ME A AGREEMENT SOFT COPY ON MY EMAIl.WHEN I CHECK THIS AGREEMENT THERE i saw that it was completely different from what was said to me before signing in so i tool a screen shot and asked then and dodnt roly after that they used to call me and ask me to say yes on tge company confirmation call but as i got cheated by then on the terms and condition so so on the confirmation call o said no that i dont want todo the job After that they used to continuously force me to do but i thought that saying no on the confirmation call cancels evrything. So i neither opend the link nor did i log in . On 15th of April AN ADVOCATE OF THEIR LEGAL DEPARTEMENT HAD sent me mail and callef and told me that i had to pay rs 8500 or tgey will send legal charges and notice. THEY SENt ME a warning notice TO MY MAIL ADDRESS.the ADVOCATE said that his NAME was Sidhart Roy(MOBILE +918140140833) he asked me to give rs 8500 by 15th april or it can extend to 78100 when taken in arbitary court AND today on 16th April 2021 amail has been sent to me by S B DESHMUKH ENROLLMENT ID(2506/05) he asked me to gine 6900+3000 as compensation and 5400 as legal notive charges so it becomes 15300rs total
.THEY are pressurising me FOR DEPOSITING THE SAME AMOUNT IN THEIR BANK A/C.THEY THREATENED ME. THEY TORTURER ALL THESE PEOPLE WHO INNOCENTLY SIGN in their agreement.tgey are continuesly harrassing now for 9900rs+5400 as compensation. And if i dont gv tgem tgey will tk to arbitary court and i will hamw to pay rs 78100rs.
SO I REQUESTED TO YOU PLS TAKE ACTION AGAINST Dts Solution' vapi Gujrat,AND RELATED PEOPLE WHO INVOLVED IN THIS SCAM.THEY ARE DAILY CALLING ME,MESSEAGE ME AND AFRAID ME.DEAR SIR I BELONGS TO A POOR FAMILY SO I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY 78100 or 9900+5400/-AS COMPENSATION THEY DEMAND.PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO THIS SCAM.THANK YOU

weble Services company se call aya tha unhone data entry ke job ke liye bola aur muze unhone mail kiya ki registration krne ke liye us mail main mention tha ki apna mo no verify krne ke liye ek OTP bheja hai jb aap ye verify kroge to agreement ke terms and conditions ka page open hoga lekin aisa kuch nhi hua verify hone ke bad document upload ka page open hua jha pe Adhar card ka photo . Mera photo aur signature ka photo upload krne ke liye bola. us time main try kr rha tha upload krne ke liye pr successfully upload nhi hue docs,maine screen recording krke unke wtsp pe share ki thi ki doc upload nhi hue hai unhone uska screenshot leke ek 11 month ka company ke sath contract bna diya aur us contract main mere signature dal diye aur muze ek login id aur agreement mere mail id pe send kiya, maine wo log in nhi kiya aur na hi muze koi project diya gya tha, 7 days ke bad unke advocate ne muze call kiya aur bola project submit nhi kiya isiliye aapko 6710 penalty bharni padegi aur legal notice charges ke liye 10000 aur amount paid krna padega.aur bola agar apne amt paid nhi kiya to apke khilaf legal action liya jayega aur unhone muze mail id pe ek legal notic send kiya hai section ke sath 26 April ko
Aur aj ek case id no mere mo number pe send kiya hai . please meri help kijiye iss problem ka solve krne ke liye
