I ordered an article from an online e commerce portal.The name of the firm is Gift my emotions.I ordered the article in October 2020. I have not received the article till date.I also tried to contact on the customer service helpline of the firm but to no avail. I have also raised the request for refund but no response from them till now. This is not only an unfair trade practice on their part but also subjecting consumers to mental harrasment by not paying back their money.My order ID is 13048.kindly look into the issue.
