I am writing this complaint against company jaldifatafat.com
I have purchase Aqua grand Ro purifier with 1 year of warranty and 4 year of free service without paying any amount during period.After six month
Now my Ro system is not working and I have several time communicate with company regarding of my complaint no one is addressing my complain after five days they told me you have to pay 300 rupees for visiting charge and if any part found damage will be charge extra for that and my Ro system right now in warranty period they trying recover unnecessary charges from customer which is completely illegal and when I have demand Gst invoice of my purchase they refuse (Providing Fake bills to customer)
My humble request to you to take this complain seriously because this company make fraud with people making foul to commit wrong offer before purchase and not providing Gst invoice.I have try to communicate with installation person but now he left this company because company doing Fruad with people
