I have complaint 4-5 times and they have registered my complaint but no network from 1 month and they have took 7000 rs from me at the starting of 2017 plz help me i did whtsapp complaint also no response from there i m tired and helpless sir plz help me plz sir

Same problem happens with me in every month that happens.
It looks like they are considering month as 15-20 days.
They rudly replaying and not proper working as they promise when I installed plan on the first day.
