Dear Sir/Madam

I am using two connections of Videocon d2h. My customer id is 8847589.
A “TOPPER” channel has been activated in my subscription and has not yet been removed even after speaking with their customer support.
They have been charging for this channel since 2 years and I only got to know when I made the selection for new channels due to the TRAI regulation. It is an expensive channel and even after my new selection of package they haven’t removed it. I spoke to the customer service and they promised me that it would be removed with 10-15 mins but nothing happened.
I would request to please help me get justice here.
Channel is worth Rs 70. Activated since 24 months on 2 connections.
