Hello Sir,
I am Rinku Rohilla (OLX no. 8802276883), I saw an ad in OLX .in a guy name NAVEEN SINGH TOMAR [9813367854] selling his Scooty( TVS Jupiter No. Dl 9S BK 0552) for Rs 27000 I talked to him and he shared his number with me we had a whatsapp and phone conversation, and we decided that he will parcel the scooty at I'll pay the initial advance of Rs 5000 . He shared all his document with me like his ADHAAR card, CRPF ID card, and the Indian Army Parcel Slip. He is SI/T in CRPF. After some time he called me and asked me to send Rs 5000 in advance and the rest of the amount after receiving the scooty and completion of documents I agreed on that too I sent him Rs 5000 via Paytm.
After a few hours, he called me again and ask for the 50% of the total payment, to generate courier slip as per Army rules I sent him the amount RS 7500+ Rs2500 also via Paytm. and give me a fake courier slip. Again after some time, he asked me for the balance amount and saying your scooty is on the way, to received it, you need to made balance payment of Rs 10,000 and now i refused the same, calling for my advance amount as paid back. he saying that your amount will be forfeited you have to make full payment. then after lots of discussion he sent me various proof that money is safe and refund to you by the army, if scooty is not up to mark. Thereafter i paid leftover amount Rs 10,000 via paytm. thereafter a courier agent call me and saying your payment of insurance Rs 9500 is pending, which I will get Rs9500 back, I declined the offer and request to return my amount of 25000.00. He refused and threaten me.

i asked return my Rs 25000 back via paytm he refused and voice recording of which is attached. and he is still in contact. his all number is on. i just searched about the id card and i was found to fake so i make this complaint I am Still Have his number with conversation he is asking for the remaining balance RS9500.
Please Help me I am providing all the associated documents.
