Dear Sir, This is Dheeraj Goyal from Faridabad. I have ordered one Nokia 6.1 mobile phone from HMD Global Nokia Phone site on 6th April 2018 with Order ID: #2447. The Phone price was 16,999 rupees which i have paid by my card at the time of Order. After that delhivery courier company (AWB No: 1685210017640) was unable to deliver it to me on time and i have cancel this order to nokia hmd global on 09 Apr 2018. so now from beginning to till date they are not refunding my money as i have requested so many times. i have contacted to HMD global nokia customer care again and again and mails to nokia again and again but they are not responding. they are not responding properly. Almost similar happened with me.
I got device but it was with defect so i returned and they took 15 days already and my device is also reched to nokia but they didnt send me new device im contacting nokia everyday but they are giving perfect time or refund...

I have the similar complaint. I ordered Nokia 6.1 plus last month which is at the end of August. And I have already cancel the order and also I have received the confirmation email for cancelling it. But still now I am not getting my money back. I have called many times and have been emailing them. All they said,the case has been escalated and relevant team will look into it. And within 48 hours I will get my solution. Which I never did. It's been almost a month now. Nobody is helping me. Please help me. Order no. 14472
