Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Surya Noni Naik, was working in Commscope (Andrew Telecommunications India Pvt. Ltd) Verna Goa under the contractor Adecco India Pvt. Ltd from 04/04/2016 to 03/04/2017.
After completion of 1-year contract, I applied for my P.F in Adecco Office, Alfran Plaza, Panjim Goa. I was told that I will get w hole PF together at a time. But I got only 11,371/- on 31st July 2017 in my SBI savings bank account. I called them many times for my remaining PF part. I mailed to pfservices@adecco.co.in, asc@adecco.co.in, customercare@adecco.co.in and Aniket.Talekar@adecco.com But said me to submit photocopies of PAN, Aadhaar, S/B account etc. Actually I have already submitted them at the time joining and also while applying for P.F. Still I mailed them.
Whenever I called on customer care number 180030101166, they said, “there is a technical problem. Wait for another one week and so on’’. I should get about 5000 – 6000/- remaining PF.
I personally corrected and filled my details in my UAN portal. They hardly did this even after submitting the details. Their head office is in Bangalore (BOMSANDRA).
My Employee code is E09679, UAN number is 100706310038, PF number is PY/BOM/34272/833259.
I am not getting my passbook details in my UAN portal and message appears on screen ‘’As your establishment is exempted in PF. Please submit your withdrawal case to concerned trust’’.
So I called Somesh C (PF department manager of Adecco) He also says that there is a technical problem and only my PF part is remaining from Government side. His contact number is 08039897070 (6434)
I am mailing them since November 2017. Almost 8 months passed. I am struggling to get my PF. Whoever works under Adecco contractor faced same problem. I checked reviews of Adecco, all people are saying that the Adecco is cheater.
When I went to ask in EPFO, Panjim Goa. They said within 2 to 3 days, they credit PF in employees account. They are taking such a long time. EPFO, Panjim told me to lodge complain against contractor Adecco and also tell the same to those who have worked under Adecco.
I want you to please look into the matter as earliest as possible and help me to get remaining PF.
