Fake SMS Alerts, I'm not a subscriber/consumer of South Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd (SBPDCL)

I'm not a subscriber/consumer of South Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd (SBPDCL) and yet I've been receiving SMS alerts for multiple consumer no.s for bill payments for amounts anywhere between Rs.7000 to 14000.
The alerts are disturbing as the come at anytime of the day including early morning at 6AM.
I had earlier called on the customer care help line of SBPDCL and expressed my concern and the discomfort being caused and I was assured that it won't get repeated.
Not only has SBPDCL registered my no without my consent, but it is astonishing to see how a same no is registered by them for different consumer no.s There is a huge risk of misuse for registering no.s without an OTP.
Kindly help to resolve the matter
