I HAVE A GAS CONNECTION IN SHYAMA GAS AGENCY NOONMATI GHY-781020 . MOST OF THE TIME MY FAMILY HAD TO FACE VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM THE GAS DELIVERY BOY NAMED "RASHAN ALI / RAFIK ALI". ME AND MY WIFE WE BOTH ARE WORKING PROFESSIONALS. HENCE MY WIFE CAN RCEIVED THE GAS AFTER 2:30 P.M. ONLY. THIS INFORMATION WAS ALSO SAHRED WITH THE DELIVERY BOY BEFOREHAND. BUT TILL NOW HE NEVER MAINTAINED THE TIMING.
MOST OF THE TIME HE MAINTAIN HIS OWN SET OF TIMINGS AND COME ANYTIME TO DELIVER GAS CYLINDER AND HE ALSO BEHAVE VERY RUDELY WITH EVERYONE SPECIALLY WITH MY BETTER HALF.
BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE I ALSO HAVE FIXED THE TIMING ON THE OFFICIAL PORTAL OF INDANE. BUT TILL NOW DIDN'T RECEIVED ANY SOLUTION TO THIS.
SO, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER URGENTLY AND PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SOLUTION ON THIS.
