Fraud Complaints  Complaint Date : February 27, 2019

I have applied for a loan before 2 years before from Bajaj Finserv. Loan a/c no.401PHT28126729. Bajaj finserv representative has told that the interest will be 1.09% p.m which is 13.15% p.a. At last they negotiate it on 15.93, I got the loan approved for Rs.400000, and received disbursement amount of Rs.378737. However, I am surprised to see that you are charging 26% p.a interest. They sent me Welcome letter after deposit the amount. The time I checked the EMI amount its not suitable for me lso not the same as I informed over call or in meeting. I asked them to cancel this LOAN but they were asking 5% of extra charge to close this. I already paid 21263 as processing fee and they want me to pay 20,000 more to close this loan. I had no other option to accept my mistake but I was calling them again and again to save me. I email them allot called them. Finally I gave up with this the time I saw they charged me 117rs without any information once I called they do not have any contact number I send they request on email they replied only one work your request have been closed. Five times I received the same information.
I talked to BANK at Kotak Mahindra for the same they checked my account and say we do not have any information about this may be you allowed them to charge because you have no any running EMI's with Bajaj on running portal on your account. They checked and found there had other EMI's but not the one with BAJAJ. Now they asked me to sign a paper and I did. That means they stop all further payment.
Now the Bajaj office came at my door and asked to pay EMI without any extra cost and I did online. as well as they promised for the settlement but after some day again I was requested to pay 600 bouncing charges. Now I ignored them to pay and send all details again. After 5 days Two person come at home and start shouting and they were using abusive language I will do this and that. They contacted with my neighbors and say them wrong information. They are suppose to fight with me so I left home for this complain.
I would like to file a complaint for the same and request you to make the changes in the interest rate as promised. Please look into the matter and get back to me on my email- [email protected]
