I Kapil s/o Shree Kewal singh house no - 61 sareefabad rajpur Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. I have open health club by the name of fitness 19 in ramprastha C-10 ground floor owner of mr Prateek Jain s\o mr Vijay Kumar Jain c-10 3 rd floor but the property has been seald within 3 months of gym opening by bank because of His NPA ACOUNT , even he didn’t tell me about the property loan etc so my running business is full stop after that
, It’s been so long I have filed the FIR against Mr. Prateek Jain about the illegal rent registered agreement fraud, he has done with me
So I would request you to kindly take a strict action against him because of his cheat my business and career is destroying
