Me & my wife are Travelling from Konkan kanya Express from. Goa to Mumbai & ordered food from Rail restro ratnagiri in advance
The food we ordered was veg maharaja thali & veg biryani
We received our order, it was totally bad quality food we had thrown & Instead of giving us veg biryani, we have received veg pulao as per representative told me on what's app .
If I had ordered veg biryani the why they had given me veg pulao
The veg pulao they are talking about was the plain rice with some veg curry on bottom
I have reference picture attaching & I told to them that I will make complain. They told me that I should be thankful for that.
I am attaching chat proof too that restaurant operator representative is accepting veg pulao.
Why they had charged me for veg biryani, This is totally a scam because train travellers don't have choice
Many people keep their mouth shut because they don't have option.
Please take appropriate action in order to avoid same happening in future
Since, this is happening frequently and rather than accepting they are trying to prove you wrong
Hence this is my personal request to you that kindly sue them hard so that they don't do this kind of happening in future
I just want to sue those restaurant who had supplied me wrong delivery and charged me full
Please make out the difference in rice served in maharaja thali & the veg biryani they are calling it
Also attaching the picture of what's app chat with operator that I had ordered for veg biryani and he had supplied me veg pulao but as per me it was plain rice as thali with some black grams & chick peas from the gravy itself.
