ello Sir/Madam Complaint Refrence No.- GUR3006170244 Sir I have Videocon 40inch Led which details as follows: Brand : Videocon Model: LEDTVVKC40FH-ZMA1 Serial No.- 110914110133627114 Date Of purchase: 22/10/2014 AMC No. - KHIS2211140086 Customer Name- Amit I purchased this led from authorized dealer Vikrant Electronics Near Ghanta Ghar Chowk bhiwani(Haryana). Now Sir in my led, I face a problem in last month in which sometime display is shown some time not. Sound is Okay but display is not working properly Than I go to videocon authorized customer care service center in my city placed on Radhika Complex Near hansi gate bhiwani on 15 june 2017 Than he checked my led and told me that there is some inbuilt problem in panel of this led. Than he told me that once we change your led panel Than we will call you. Sir its more than 2 and a half month gone there is no proper resolution/response by the customer service center whenever I ask that when will you repaired my led than he simply told me that please come to nearest monday.Now please I request to you cross check this details and help me to get my new led Regards Amit Kumar Mob No.- 9034748123
