Dell Laptop Not Working From the Date Purchase

Dear Sir,
I am Umakanta Dash, From Banki, Cuttack Odisha. I have purchased Dell 3593, I5 Processer, 4GB Ram, 1 TB, (W10) from Nigama Competch & Service Pvt Ltd (GSTN#21AACCN0986B1ZY) on 9th May 2020.
Sir, it is just 5 days from the date of puchase and I am unable to Switch on the system. Everytime it was taking more than 5 mints to Start the system. I used to press the power button for 5 mints after that the keyboard lights are started lighting and from today it I am unable to start the system also.
I have highlighted the same issue to the Nigama but they are not at all responding. Since the day1 it was having problems but no one is listening my issues/problems. I have called them but these people are not picking my calls even. They are simply Harrashing the customer. Due to lockdown I am also not able to visit the shop as I am in my native place. They Harrashed me at the esteem level.
I am pretty much sure that they sold me defective product. Sir please help me with this issue. Please find the attached tax bill.
Take strong action against Nigama Competech at the earliest and do help me with the refund or an replacement of this products at the earliest.
