request by branch manager Mr Dipen Yagnaik and Mr Dhimen Turakiya an seniour bank executive of your bank we have appled a housing loan of our client Mr Sushil Barada Who on Our special recommendation agreed to take loan from your bank , the bank has approved the loan of Rs12lac in may 17 during the entire process not the manager and not the any other employee of bank said the they will not disburse the loan until 100% of flat is completed. its an housing loan and every bank provide part disbursment , there is no written terms in your sanction letter and not in applicationform any where it is not mentioned that part disbursement will not be given to housing loan customer.
we have paid the processing fees and have paid for share certificate also you bank manager Mr VIPUL PATEL and astt manager Mr JJ patel told us to give sale deed copy along with copy e stamp to be used for sale deed which we have given to him on 6/6/2017 and on receipt of same they will isuue part payment i.e 80% of loan amount but on 6/6/2017 evening when we asked for D.D no . so that sale deed can be executed they refused saying that will not give payment unless 100% work is completed .
From above its clear every manager follows his own rules in your bank there is no written guide line for your bank that employees can follow we are feeling being cheated we are taking the case to RBI and to social media how your banks treat customers also will take matter to consumer court .
RBI guide lines are clear that in every housing loan part payment is to be given .your bank sanction letter no where says that you will not make part payment nor it says it will issue part payment to only APF projects of bank .
its clear case of cheating and making us fool or some malified interest of employee to not making payment to us.
kindly note if our case is not being solved in 5 working days we sall take some legal steps along with other steps as above so at- least other customer should not come to your bank and suffer as we did.
we shall also make an RTI application as to weather any part disbursement is given in past by you bank and will make you accountable why this kind of attitude is done wit us.
