Almost 3 years and my EPF Account is still Disabled

If now my complain is not resolved i filed case against EPFO for not enabling my EPF Account.
i Filed almost 15 to 20 grievance in EPFO grievance portal. but their blind employee has only one answer. account disbled from delhi. wait till their action.
are EPFO parallelised. They can't see hard earn money are in the EPFO account and that account are disabled almost 3 years.
what are they doing.
they have not proper answer?
Why Account still in disabled?
if their is missing document then who are responsible to answer this question.
just give proper reason?
