Hi Team,
This is to highlight a very major negligence of work under your team.
I am an existing consumer of NBPDCL and my meter number is NB6064199, I have logged a complaint regarding a forgery of installation of wrong (other person) meter at my premises.
I have informed to the local J.E (Mohan Kumar Ghoghdiya ) stating that I have applied for new connection in the month of Jan 2019 through the local contractor of NBPDCL named Mr. Shahid and paid him INR 2500 for the installation charges.
During the first meter reading visit, the official informed me that this Meter is not register on my name as this belongs to someone else.
When I have informed this to Mohan Kumar (J.E) in April 2019, he asked me to wait for another 1 month but till now nothing happen and he is asking me to wait till another 2-3 months.
Sir this is hike of unprofessionalism under your leadership, I request you to take appropriate action to resolve this case at earliest.
