I had applied for the connection through online mode in the month June 20th 2019 and paid the online online application fee through online mode . But after paying the i had only received the payment receipt no other documents or application form has been received . While applying the connection online i had requested for 2 KW power supply and after submitting all the required documents for new connection i had submitted the form successfully and after that i had received the link to make payment and the same time i did the payment also on the same day . After submitting application i had waited for more then a month but no one came for my installing my new connection and same way second month also crossed and also i had mailed regarding this in this complaint form also but did not received any response . After that i had contact at your Bailey Road office and from there i got an number of one of your kankarbagh staff and i had called him and requested for my new connection application but he had also ignored my calls and messages for more then a month . When i had started calling him regularly then certainly in the month of september 19 one of your electrician had came and said that they need Rs 2000 for new connection installation . I thought they might be asking for charges for installation and i had paid them when i had asked him for receipt then that electrician had said that he will provide the consumer id and connection receipt next day but after next day no one came and when a month has been crossed i had called at kankarbagh electricity office regarding my consumer number then they also had denied to give me consumer number and said me to asked the guy to who had installed meter at your shop . We had called several times to concerned electrician as well as to your kankarbagh staff but no one responded my calls . Even many time i had tried from website to check my bill amount of my new connection through customer id which i received while applying online application but every time was showing error.
Now suddenly three days back Your S.D.O came to my shop and disconnected my power connection saying reason that there is no documentation done related to my connection . Even my wife had requested to SDO to speak with my husband then also your showed a EGO and said he will not talk on phone . As i am always out of town due to my job that's why my wife use to run a ladies salon and the way he had speaked is just not acceptable .
Then yesterday again my wife went to your Karbigahiya Electricity office and asked for bill then she got an bill amount of Rs. 32, 000 I was totally loss of mind . What is going on in this electricity department what kind of thing is happening why unnecessary peoples are getting harassed and how in just 3 month of electricity uses the bill could be of Rs 32,000 where as only a 4 to 5 lite , Ac and fan is running in the shop . What kind of meter reading is this . And again today your SDO Came to our shop and forcing us to pay the amount or else again my connection will get disconnected . (I had applied for 2 KW power supply and how it is reflecting 10 KW power Supply).

I need the justice on the same or else this all foolish things happening in electricity department i am going to send this all messages and mails to tv media and i will ask for help from tv media .

last but not least please instructs your staff to stop making fool and harassing to consumers .
