Dear sir first of I would like to tell in my subdivision bill is not given at the end of every month , after long time almost 11 months I checked out why bill is not coming i went Ur power office parbatta they told I have not enough information about Ur bill related plz visit head office maheshkhunt I went there after three days they gave me bill of 35305 rupees nd told this Ur bill till date from when meter is installed nd I paid already huge amount then they minus 23 thousand something nd final playable amount is 11883 my question is they not checked my bill which is already paid by me and not give enough information about my consumption and amount month wise please sir help me I am totally confused plz take action nd resolve it plz

श्रीमान ,
पिछले साल फरवरी2017 में मेरा बिजली बिल का बकाया राशि 680 ₹ था ,उसके बाद अगले 2 माह तक बिल नही निकला , फिर मई 2017 में मेरा बिजली का बिल सीधे 18000 रुपये आ गया ।
हमने कंप्लेन किया लेकिन कोई ठोस कार्रवाई बिजली विभाग द्वारा नहीं कि गई ,
वर्तमान समय में बिजली विभाग द्वारा हमारा बिजली का कनेक्शन काटने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है ।
इस सम्बंध में मैं आपसे उचित कार्रवाई की आशा करता हूँ ।
