I have been using a datacard from Reliance Communications the number is 9382356045. I was previously in the 999 unlimited plan and was asked to migrate to 4G services on the assurance by email that there would not be any change/migration. But after a month to my surprise I wasn't able to use my internet services. When I contacted the customer support team told me that I've been migrated to a 1GB plan automatically and I have not received any SMS or emails regarding authorisation of any plan change. After this frustration I had called the Customer care again for a plan migration to 10GB plan. They said that I would take a minimum of 48 hrs for the plan change but it hadn't got effected even after 2 weeks. Finally I contacted them again and they assured me that the plan has been migrated and I was in my 10GB plan. When I started to use my internet it kept disconnecting after 1GB usage. Reliance customer care had given me false information that the plan has been migrated which isn't true. When I raised a request to terminate this pathetic connection I was asked to pay a bill of Rs. 3734.00 for the services I have used. I'd like to reiterate that Reliance communications have failed to comply to their assurance of any plan change and also given me false and inappropriate information regarding my connection. Today on 8/10/2016 I got a legal notice from a lawyer asking me to pay the above mentioned amount within 3 days or else to face legal action. I'd like to resolve this issue and get my connection terminated but I would not be willing to pay any amount as I have been misled with the connection details resulting in loss of time and mental peace. I would like an amicable solution to this and kindly request you to help me in this.
