D-mart delivery boy complaint for arrogant & Mis-behaviour

Hi This is Sangeeta Shelar Resident of Byculla Mumbai:-400 027.
On 21/07/2023 I ordered 30 Items from D-mart for home delivery. The Delivery boy attended on 23/07/2023 at around 9.30 A.M he bring all items at door step except Wheat bags of 10 K.G.. When I asked him for Wheat Bag he started arguments that He don't have capacity to bring such heavy goods at door step. He started undue debates and arrogantly threaten me that he will tell customer service not to book my order next time. I really shocked and surprised by his attitude. I have paid Rs.50 Extra for Home delivery addition to My total Cost Rs.5231/-. When I asked him to return my delivery charges then I will bring my wheat bag from Delivery VAN then he angrily went to delivery van & bring the bag at home. I have never experience such filthy person having mannerless attitude while speaking with woman customer. Delivery boy was very irresponsible rude & is highly having slacker attitude.
I request you to take this issue at appropriate level and remove such laggard person from my delivery area. He may misbehave with other customers hence I demand you to remove such arrogant reckless mind delivery boy from this area.
I expect positive response from your side at earliest.
