misleading & misguiding by customer care

i called customer care team as i received message that Cidco date of appointment revised from 23/1/2020 to 31/1/2020 twice i called him & asked him that are you sure 31/1/2020 is last date to make payment & book appointment they told yes i asked the timing she inform you can make any time
but today i tried to make payment to book appointment
i was not able to but when i called them on 31/1/2020 they told date is already over last date was 30/1/2020
my payment was ready when i tried to make payment on 31/1/2020 i didn't got the option
this was misguided & misinformed to me
i have call recording too
i don't want to lose this flat i want to make payment & book appointment for the same & i want help as i was misguided
