Hello Team,

This is with reference to my Return Request ID: 26862010 against Order ID 160214307443935 with Jabong.com. I have been their loyal customer since last 4 years and a blogger associated with Jabong.com and their twitter influencer too. I was rewarded a Rs. 5,000/- worth gift voucher for my blogging assignment for Jabong. I used my 5 K GV to buy a dress from Jabong.com and got a damaged product (it was torn and used). I immediately filed a return request the very same day and the pick-up was arranged and the product was picked up from my address the very next day. But later, team Jabong neither issued me another coupon in return as a refund, nor I was given a replacement product back. So, ultimately I was left empty handed with a huge-loss of Rs 5,000/- which was earned by me painstakingly for my work.

Later, when I contacted the customer care, I was told that since the coupon was for a limited time, I can't be issued another as the coupon was for one-time use only. This is sheer cheating!

If the coupon was for one time use only, I should have been informed about this earlier. (It was no where mentioned along with the coupon)
When I was filing a return request, I should have been told about this clause and that it was non-refundable, and the product shouldn't have been picked up.
An esteemed shopping website like Jabong should not cheat with their loyal customers like this.
After my several attempts to contact the customer care to claim my stolen voucher, every time I was denied and misguided that I have no claim over that voucher of mine which I had earned. I even requested them to send back the same damaged product but they refused that too saying the product was no more in their inventory. Without proper justice and my consent, my complaint was closed forcibly and I was not only denied for all my requests but I also received a quite rude behavior from their executives whom I called every time. The refund request was closed without any proper justification and they even refused to send back the damaged product to me.

So, I request you to please look into the matter and provide me justice. All I want is to be given either my voucher back or Jabong credits of the same value. If they wish, they can provide me the voucher of same terms & conditions. But, I seek my money back or else at least send me the same product. I am still open for that, at least I'd be left with something. My email id associated with the Jabong account is [email protected]
