Complaint about Misuse of my Creadit card without my OTP and successful transaction massage

Dear sir,
There is MISUSE of my credit card no. 5459648900388795 from last 3 months
I attached here disputes form which is given by HDFC customer care team.
I did not received any OTP when those all transitions are done and i did not received any massage & Email after every successful Transitions and it is all banks fault. because by the rule of bank bank should me OTP message before every transaction and after every successful transaction bank should send me SMS & Email. but only for those transaction this things was not happens.
But now bank collection dpt told me you pay all bill otherwise we destroy ur PAN CV. if it will happens then i cant bought any loan from any bank. but there is no may any mistake stil bank is forcing me to pay all amount.
So please kindly check how it all matter done.
