Dear Sir,
I have booked a parcel on 17/11/2017 from Ranchi Tracking Courier for Kolkata.The consignment no.is 3301631519.Today 23/11/2017, they have delivered the parcel with all the torn papers,photographs etc. and the courier boy said that parcel was damaged by them that is why it took time to correct the same.They have taken 7 days to deliver the parcel.
When I call to their customer support,they are lying that the door was closed,but when I am seeing the tracking details in their website it is showing that parcel is still on the way.
There were few emergency papers, photographs etc. of a child to deliver to his Doctor.How irresponsible they are.All the documents are torn.
Shame on them and their services.The worst service I have seen in my life.Is this their way of doing business..very weird.
I will sent all my feedback to all the social media portal and the companies which they have tie-ups like Naresh Kumar & Co. and others companies as well about my experience.
