Sir,
A contract for renovation work and an extra room on the roof at House No. 867, Sector-11, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad was given to Sunny Verma of Home Olive Interior & Designers for a total contract amount of Rs. 9,12000 in February 2019. Out of this the contractor demolished the interior part of the house and done some misc works in the house with 35% only for an amount of Rs. 2,70,000/- as per details attached hereunder wherein we have paid a total sum of Rs. 7,70,000/- to the above contractor till 13.05.2019. Hence the contractor has taken an excess amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- as on the above mentioned date. While contacting him on phone to return the excess payment made to him, no further response is being given by him and also he stop to visit the renovation site since 13.05.2019. Therefore, I will humble request to the Hon'ble Judicial Authorities to direct the contractor to return us excess paid money which I have as taken house loan from the bank and paying heavy interest on it. Also my family is residing at a rented house with a monthly rent of Rs. 10000/- for the last four months. Request to resolve the matter at an early date and oblige.
