Dear Sir/Madam,
We have been registered for the Holiday Kart Pvt LTD (Club JIva), membership on 31st October 2016 in Shimla. As Club Jiva did not answer any of our concern after even Six days, we request you to help us to cancel the membership.
Holiday Kart Pvt LTD (Club JIva) members are mentally torturing us.
1. It was decided that Club Jiva will deduct Rs. 90000 in 24 month (by EMI and the monthly EMI will be not more than Rs. 3750), however Club Jiva Have illegally charged Rs. 90000 on my credit card.
2. The information given by Holiday Kart Pvt LTD (Club JIva), was fully deliberately fabricated and was not truth at all.
3. We were hypnotized and were came under influence of club Jiva representatives which they did for their While swiping the Card I had even pressed EMI option on Swipe card, so how could they deduct Rs. 90,000 on my card.
4. Importantly, we came to know about the bad reviews about this Club Jiva and how fraud it is after taking the membership.

5. Representative of Club Jiva did not give us true information about club Jiva, the information we got was their marketing and own financial interest.
So, we wish to cancel our membership and request you to help us to get fully refund the charges we paid against it.

I have become member of club jiva in 2017 in myGoa tour our membership was started from January 2018..
But we yet not even single booking from club jiva .Theyonly take follow up of yearly payments and not give you any booking.

Club Jiva is a fake company who only collects memberships and there is no after sales service. When every you try for a booking a same reply will come from their site that no rooms available at your prefereed place. please change the travel plan.
Also the contact numbers mentioned in mail never being picked up by representative unles and until it is for yearly charge collection. At that time only their representatives will talk to you nicely with revised free offers but all is gone in wind once you had paid the charges.
i am a member for 10 years scheme and didn't get a single opportunity of booking whenever i had planned and informed them in advance of -3- months.
This company should be drawn to court for the behaviour they are making and fooling around the people.
