Mr. I have got Kishan Credit Card Number 1776840002074 from CANARA Bank Birhi Kalan District Charkhi DadriHR. I want to get a verified copy of ANNEXURE C form of Rabi and Kharif crop of 2019 for my Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. But the bank manager is not giving. Trouble to get kindness. Thank you.
