Not received Order on time, complaint against Dominos

HI Team,
I placed an order on Swiggy ordering from Dominos at 10 pm on 15th Oct 2020.
Order Number: 85854573670.
we waited for order till 11 PM but we did not received order, neither we received any call for delay.
we tried contacting Dominos local store and Dominos Customer care however they were not reachable.
we contacted Swiggy , they asked us to contact Dominos as they wont be able to assist us.
we received a call from delivery boy at 11:15 and he said he will be coming in 10 minutes.
we waited downstairs and once delivery boy came we asked him for the reason of delay. he answered that they had too many orders to deliver hence delayed.
Store is hardly at 5 minutes of distance so it was hardly an excuse . when i asked him for refund he resisted and started arguing, he gave store managers number, i asked him to stop so that we can talk to him over phone, he said you call him, i asked him his name, he turned around and started his bike and left.
i want to log a complaint against 3 personals.
1) Deliver boy
a) His way of talking and negligence was hamulating as
b) food which we received was cold as it was baked atleast an hour ago.
2) Dominos
a) This is not the first time but second time in 1 week, last time i went to the store myself to collect the order as delivery boy refused to come.
b)during the situation we tried to reach out to the dominos customer care number however their number was not reachable, how can such big company not have proper customer care channels in place.
c) their tag line 30 minutes or free did not work here.
3) swiggy
a) as swiggy was the platform we used to place the order , it becomes their responsibility to address the situation which they failed.
i need an apology letter from Dominos and Swiggy and refund also.
