Dear sir/madam
My mother is admitted in sarvodaya hospital sector 8 faridabad since 11.10.2018 for a sevice stomach pain.and hospital discharge summary send to raksha tpa for claim at 4.30 pm on 12.10.2018 but till 10.30 no claim was settle by tpa so they send agin on 13.10.2018 on 11.40am but claim is still peinding till 8.15pm this time i m writting this message. Why tje hospitals takes pre approval and why these tpa takes more patients when they cannot handle the patients and overall hospitals charge a large amount who have TPA than cash or cheque patients. Why they could not provide the service. I lost my full day time today here and nobody pick the phone there in TPA till 15 minutes. Where the patients should go.

Flyrobe is a fraudulent company. They have not given me my deposit back. The amount is 12000. As per their policy after returning the outfit the amount must get refunded within 15 days, but now it's been more than 2 months. The worst thing is that they don’t even respond to any of my emails. If I call their customer service, the people there have no satisfactory answer. Every time I called they come up with new dates.
