Dear Sir/Madam
Yesterday( 11th June 2018 afternoon) we had been to Reliance Smart, near Master Canteen ( Reliance Retail Limited, Bhubaneswar, Town OSRTC, Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar) for purchase, during billing we tried to pay through Samsung Pay, tried by the billing staff, subsequently the Manager was called, that facility was not there, the Manager Mr Santosh Dalai and a staff of Reliance Mr Rajesh Das misbehaved with us, and in fact Mr Rajesh Das threatened us in front of the Manager. This type of misbehavior by Reliance staff is unfortunate. Both the Manager and staff told, you go and complain to anybody, Mr Rajesh Das given his emp id also for complain( ID: 60113383).
This is extremely unfortunate, the Manager and Staff do not know how to behave with a customer.

Misbehavior by Reliance Staff, Reliance fresh, Gandamunda square by Meghanada Nanda:
Today morning ( 17th sep 2023) I visited Reliance fresh,near Gandamunda square for purchasing of some items. As they had opened the store and all staffs were available. I asked them whether I could enter the store because it was 7 am. None of the staffs present over there even bothered to answer me. Irrespective of asking them multiple times they kept quiet and didn't answer anything. When asked to the retail manager he also didn't even respond to the customer. With the most utmost indecent manner one staff told me that the store opens at 7 am. But I told him that the clock shows timings way past 7am.Out of nowhere a lady staff came out with a very rude behavior and told me that I can put a complaint against them anywhere and no one can do anything to them. Felt like more a warning. When I told about the behavior no one told anything and kept quiet.
I have been associated with Reliance Fresh since a long time but this is the most indecent behavior of staffs towards a customer.
This is extremely unfortunate that the Manager along with Staff are unaware about proper behavior towards customer.
Requesting you to kindly look into the same and take immediate action.

Yesterday(16.04.2024) evening around 9.25 pm we(my husband,my mother,me n my 5 years old son buying daily need items from reliance fresh patia,bhubaneswar store.we were buying 30kgs of Dal which we asked the staff(one Mr reddy)to pack the Dal in one big bag.that person denied to do.so we asked him to pack 5 kgs each.he again denied to do so n said u do yrself.am nt working for u.am working for reliance.then I said u r here to help the customers.then he started arguing n started using slings.then my husband asked his name to complain.he immediately tried to slap my husband.some people around stopped him to do so.we r regular buyer of reliance.my husband is the ceo of one reputed it company.he never behave wrongly to any one.todays incident made him so shocked that he didn't take dinner n slept.if this is the behavior of the Jr.staff in reliance retail towards customers then I must say there is smthing wrong in selection procedure of staff.i hope the Sr. People of grievance cell will understand the issue n take the action against that person.for reference reliance people may check their cc camera since 9.20 to 10 pm.
