This is Robin Kumar and i bought Lloyd Split Ac on 25.04.2017 (bill attached) and i called customer care of Lloyd ac service center for my ac service on 13th Mar'2018 and two executive arrived at my home (Rc 652 Indira Vihar Khora Colony Ghaziabad 201309 U.P ) and they started ac in wet condition even my father's warning which led to fire in outdoor unit of ac and fire have spread in whole house and they run away (Lloyd executive) from the home and left their beg and Bike you can see in photos that i have attached and i have losed everything in my home (2 A.C, double bed,Sony LED,Almari, Clothes,Home Theater,Freeze,3 Fan,Dressing table,some Jewelry) in the fire. And after 3 days one head officer of service center arrived my home and took the image and check the home condition and asked us to take right step and assure us they will compensation for all but today (30.03.2018) they called and tell us they will not compensation and threatening us for serious consequence if we move to consumer court
