STILL AWAITING FOR THE AC TECHNICIAN by Vijay:

I am vijay and bought an new ONIDA AC - 1.5 ton from your shop SATHYA @ Kolathur, chennai on sunday 24.04.2016 and the same day product has been delivery. But still i am awaiting to fix this AC, you pupils know about the current temperature in Chennai. Before buying AC i just confirmed with one of your executive and he also given commitment that today the technicians will come and install the same. please dont give wrong commitments with your customers.And finally i tried with one of your CRM staff which was Krishna Veni, and also she told me that her manager is on leave for 1 week, she agreed me the same will install on 26.04.2016 on or before end of the day. So please took necessary action against my AC installation process to be completed by tomorrow that means before end of the day 26.04.2016. This is for your kind information. Expecting positive feedback from you.

Dear Team,
The day Monday 25.04.16 was so disturbed after bought an new Onida AC 1.5 ton, due to non present of Technicians from Onida brand and the same i had send you puipls mail and all to clear this process within immediate effect. But this was something a great effort which was took by CRM staff Krishna Veni as a challenge and clear this process today afternoon itself final installation has been done and now the AC working in a fantastic mode. I am thankful to Krishna Veni to make such a wonderful support to clear this moments and the same escape of the current temperature. Really this was an appreciate and the same thankful to Mohammed also who was sales executive in Kolathur branch which took his responsibility. I received three to four times calls from your concern teams checked about the current situation and all thanks to all. Good job. God bless.

I have ordered AC on coimbatore Sathya Agencies, I requested the representative to deliver and install the AC in 2 days and he has promised me that he will do that, but it is almost 5 days still i have not installed the AC. It is very worst thing which the other agencies will not do. Due to some of the workers the Brand name of the Sathya agencies is spoiled.

Actually we purchased Samsung 32inch LED TV on may2016 on your sathya keelkatalai branch and purchased with the name of madhavaraj we lost our TV bill and 2years guarantee card now we have to service our LED TV so I request you to issue me an another copy of Bill and guarantee card

I'm R.kailasam from Poonamallee,Chennai. I have ordered Faber chimney in Chennai trade centre on 15.4.18 and received delivery on 23.4.18 in Sathya agencies they informed us that they will come for installation the next day but they didn't come still.model no Hood topaz 3d T2S2 BK PB LTW 60.And even the delivery was delayed.They also does not respond to the calls properly.When will they come for installation.I didn't expect such a bad service from Sathya agencies.

Very very worst shop I ever seen before. Totally full of fraud nd fake products.
Actually we booked a Sony TV. They are giving the display price for the customer. The deal was broken. Then we found out that nd we returned them the product. Then they said. Tommorow new product will be delivered. Till now it got more than 3 days. They haven't delivery the product till now. Very very worst experience. We asked the reason. They are telling the very very poor nd cheap reason. Pls don't buy anything from this shop. From my opinion. Very very worst experience. Totally very very disappoint.
