Repetitive issue in water purifier - No Solution

Service Center have already changed all filters and membrane but issue is still there. Every month, I need to log a complaint and then for 4-5 days, there is no water.
Also, the membrane was changed without my permission. After changing it, I needed to pay for it.
I do not know when my problem will be resolved or how much I need to pay more.
