I have already deposited on 15.05.2017 of Rs.2.00 lacs towards FD amount on the above subject cited above. My FD has been matured and submitted to Branch Office, Mirzapur Road, Naini, Prayagraj (Allahabad)-211010 for releasing the maturity amount. Sir, about two months have been passed but my maturity amount has not been credited in my account after completion of all formalities.
In this connection, I could not understand that after passing of two months, the matured amount has not been credited in my account. This apathy shown by SAHARA, Naini Branch reflects very poorly upon the efficiency of Sahara department in an era, having such a careless attitude to the customer.
In view of the above genuine facts, I would request you to look into my grievance on urgent basis as otherwise; I would be compelled to contact the Ministry.
