Dear sir, April 2018 showed bill of energy consumption 8859 to 8857 consumption unit is 198 and charges 1079 But May 2018 bill showed 8857 to 8857 it means zero unit consumption and the charges is 670 how ?? Again second bill same name in April bill showed 3376 to 3807 and charges is 222 But in May 2018 bill showed almost same it 3808 but charges is 53 it means second meater is in active. Kindly see the mater and advice me how can I pay according to wrong bill or wait for advice. It will be highly appreciated if you can do the need full earlier. Thanking you with regards.

Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your kind attention that CA No. 400364761 April 2018 meater reading bill showed 8659 to 8857 and consumption is 198 and bill charges were 1079 paied. But May 2018 meater reading showing 8857 to 8857 and consumption is zero but the charges showing 670 how? ( your staff took reading while power was out) and drop the bill on door. While I check meater reading it shows 8984 and the consumption is 127 unit. Second CA No. 400431216 April 2018 reading showing 3776 to 3807 and the consumption is 31 unit and the charges were 222 But May 2018 reading showing 3808 almost same and the charges is 53 how ? It means second meater is in active it need to be changer immediately. Therefore, I am requesting you & your good office to see upon this matter and advice me to pay for possible charges. If I pay according to your wrong bill then it is useless because I have to pay more 127 unit next month.

Pahele Meter laga tha .meter chalu tha lakin Fix Bill Aata Tha .Fir 11 Month me 1421 Unit
Dikha Raha Hai Jisme 938 Unit 2 Month Ka Hai. Last Metar Reading 2273 Hai back ka Reading ka bill March 17 and april 17 me jorkar bill diya hai
Last 3 Year me 852 Unit Huya 2 month me 938 Unit Jo Sahi Nahi Hai

by electrical department in ward no-9
of kailashpuri,river bed,Dumra,Sitamarhi.people of this ward is very harashed due to low voltage.severel phone call made to electrical department but no any action has been taken to solve the problem.I hope to take the immediate action to solve the problem.
