i am in dindigal dist,Palani taluk i am apply the home loan i am received only one payment received before 3month,i am waiting for second loan for 3months, i am go to the dindigul branch no response everyt time ask the money for Rs.500 every time telling come to tomorrow but no respones i am in poor family please help to clear the issue

This company services are really very poor. All employee are not responsible customer care also given false commitment to customer and branches are not given customer service.
My loan started in November 2016 and I am given full payment to that company of my outstanding amount of loan on 15 feb 2018 but company is closed my loan on 8 March 2018 and NOC given to me in april last week and my insurance amount due from March to till.
I am thousand times call to Branch officer and customer care he is not given satisfactory answer and not ignore my calls & not refunding my amount.

Home loan 100000 ka nikala hai. emi 2496 ru monthly hai 1 sal ho gaya hai. Har mahine A/c me 2496 ru ki installment dete Aye hai. Office me jakar balance cheque kiya to office me kaha ki 94000 ru balance baki hai. 1 sal me 6000 ru hi katoti hoye hai. Fir 12% home loan hai to interest itna q Aya hai.
