I Ordered A Home Temple From Them On 7th Feb 2022 Via Their Online Website Layalcraft.In (Which Doesn't Seem To Be Available Now) And Paid 4999 Rs. It Was Received On 24th Feb. It Was Received Damaged, For Which I Informed On The Same Day And Asked To Return As It Was Very Low Quality. He Agreed To Arrange Return And Refund. After Multiple Reminders And Followups, Return Pickup Was Done Around On 20th March. After That I Have Followed Multiple Times For Refund, But i Haven't Get it Yet As Of 13th July 2022. I Only Got No Answers And Excuses.
