Executive Mr. Karan and his senior Mr. Avinash approched me for just dial business Service and I got ready for lifetime free services. They have asked me to add 3 K more for adding more district of chattiagarh and our deal closed on 15K for enhanced district. At the time of verification call from Just dial I understand that my listing is for a year only which I never wanted because of non economic proposition. My business is very small and not wanted to invest 15 K for 1 year plan instead I was talking them about life time plan. When I conveyed my concern to Mr. Avinash and Mr.karan ...later they did not picked up my call. When I aproached Navneet Gautam (Deputy manager) to look in to it .. He streight forwardly said that Such plan in 15 K is not possible and can return my money. I asked him to take Avinash on concall and when we 3 discussed, Mr. Avinash said that Ican share a call recording with Mr. Navneet for the call of approval. Later he said that he does not have call recording.
Its a case of miscommunication and false committment.
