Today 29/08/2023 morning I was going to watch Gujarati movie "3 Ekka" at R World Rajkot at 9:45 am. At the ticket counter they said that if you want a ticket you have to pay eighty rupees more because normal tickets are not available so they give us a ticket of 230 rupees instead of 150 rupees. And it will have free popcorn but in that 230 rupees ticket they give it. An additional 80 rupees is charged for the popcorn itself. As I am fasting today I requested them that I don't want popcorn but give me back 80 rupees. So they rejected my request and refused to give a refund saying popcorn was mandatory due to low audience in the morning show. I also have a bill of 80 rupees for the popcorn they sent. My complaint is if the popcorn is free then why charge 80 rupees? A customer wants justice and wants extra money refunded.
