I have taken policy Sow premium p1 at price of 3559/ (car service) from CrossRoads .As I tried many time to conact them for car service but they could not provide the same. So I done it from outside and now I wanted cancel the policy and want my refund.I don't want to continue with policy.I have written Several mail and reminders since March 18 2018 but no reply from crossroads.i called many times on their help line 011-47090909 Please help me refund my Amount.
