I took an Ola rickshaw from Malad to dombivli. Mid way I changed my destination to Powai, and it should we revised fare as 235 and I accepted.After reaching the destination the fare reflected was 724and as I did not want incur losses to the Ola rickshaw driver I paid the entire amount and later raised a complaint to ola. They also changed the bill in the system and forged it back to 235 and they show I used some coupon in the ride of 439. I did not have any coupon at that time to use.How can a coupon issued later be already perused in a fully cash paid ride.I have been following up for a month , nobody is ready to accept the system issue and give me my refund.
