Chiku cab do not inform me for the cancellation of my trip on dated 11th June 2022, which was booked on the 2nd of june 2022 (CRS262287838639) for my trip to Haridwar via tempo travel. i have already given advance amount of 1500 rupees.
My loss is 50000 because of the chiku cab, who did not inform me about the cancellation of my trip till now and refused to do anything on the same day, Because of them I lost 3-4 hour to find another cab . This trip was very important as I was going for my daughter mundan ceremony to Haridwar(a group of 25 people).i have a booking slip and ticket of the same with me.
I have to arrange 3 Innova cabs for the group booking and I need compensation of the amount mentioned above. I have also made a consumer complaint and will share the number in my next email.
