Dear sir,
I am owner of Ghar Grihasthi Departmental store which is situated in unnao Up . Your sales representative Mr.Dhiraj ji placed my order on dated 15/06/2017 and told a offer that there was an offer when I purchased oral b brush 1 dozen and offered a water bottle.so I booked order after next day when delivery boy took my order but water bottle not given and he told that the offer which told by Mr Dhiraj was fraud so I mentioned in bill that water bottle not received. When after as per site visit I told to Mr Dhiraj that where is my bottle then he told very rudely that there was no any bottle . When I told u said me then he told just Rs. 10 or 20 rupees cost bottle . I told him that dear there was no any matter of money u just told me an offer then I booked that product . After that his behavior changed and in angry mood he said very rudely that I will give u evening water bottle . When he came evening a very dirty and old bottle give to me which pic enclosed with email and said that is bottle .. the matter is not for bottle but the meaning is that his behavior and wrong commitment. Which is bad impact for company which is huge brand pan world. When I told him that I will complain that then he said you complaint me anywhere ..
So dear sir it's my humble request to u that please look into matter seriously because it's effect on cpany goodwill..
