Mislead by the salesman inspite of warranty

Dear Sir,
On 24.3.2016, I purchased a saree worth Rs 1250 from UP Handicrafts cottage industries, 196, Field Marshal Cariappa Road, Baluganj, Agra.vide book no 51, invoice no 26. I was also given a guarantee card for 5 years guarantee for any type of manufacturing defects.
The salesman had told that the length of saree will be 6.3metre (inclusive of Blouse piece) But the length came out to be 5.6metre only. When I contacted the dealer on phone, they said I need to buy the blouse separately. These people are be-fooling the tourists. Please help.
