Mental torture Harassment / wrong termination - RISHI YADAV Manager

My Name is Rashmi, I am a Btech Graduate , I joined one organisation idemia sector 63 in Noida on June 2017, as technical support under MR. RISHI YADAV Manager, when i joined organisation one Senior Software Developer MR. "Manish Pandey" was behind me totally , told me you are so cute pretty & made a love proposal to me in whole office & invited me to movies 7 times in which he kissed & touched me by his wish & made so many promises about love that i like your nature, your company , we can continue as couple, i have same feelings like you & will never leave you in between i am not that type of guy rashmi, i will meet your parents also for love marriage, is love marriage allowed in your family. I always asked him if you don't love me then tell me & why you are only behind me, he said i only like you in whole office. My parents knows eveything about him as i dont hide from starting. Then in December manish suddenly backed up from his all promises words with no reason , My team members were involved from starting & MS. Ritu Said we will help you in settling home with manish he is very good guy we will help you in marriage as we have help many people in our company regarding marriage. She said this in starting and MR. ANIL also used to ask daily updates what happned between you rashmi and manish, they used to asked me daily in between my work & they tried everything to disturb me, so that my mind get diverted from work. I in Anger posted all things in February 2018 between manish and me on facebook from fake account and every employee seen that personal photographs in whole office. First HR LADY MS. Ayesha Ganguly called me in cabin alone & seen all messages & asked me rashmi what manish had done with you tell me.. I told her everything then next day Manager Rishi Yadav called me in cabin & started blackmailing me " rashmi you will not marry Manish " & you will not write anything to his relatives" & will not talk to him, they were pressuring me a lot & told me otherwise we will blacklist you or terminate you , i told manager sir its my personal life its my wish to talk, then manager told me to write one email that you will follow company rules & i wrote email by asking my father. After that i was working silently & was ignoring that guy Manish totally, three months but my team members started disturbing me a lot between my work daily asked me updates about manish, then suddenly in MAY 14 2018, Manager called me again in cabin & told me rashmi we don't need you, please don't come from tomorrow, snatched my ID CARD also &they told me to write a resignation letter forcefully & told me to write one line " you are resigning by your wish & not on saying of others". They did not gave me a single chance to talk to my father for decision. HR Lady Ayesha Ganguly told my mother that i have terminated your daughter under the pressure of Manager MR. RIshi Yadav only. I am sitting at home from last four months in depression, they hired some HR HEAD MR. Sudhir for resolving the matter but they called us many times i gone with my mother they did not helped us in giving me job over there that was snatched due to Manish & manager putted wrong blames on my work performance made the wrong report in one day just to terminate me in front of HR HEAD, He also started blackmailing me my parents that we will do legal action if you put anything about manager or that guy on Facebook. They did not took any action on the culprits & did not fired them from job who had done wrong by defaming me in whole office. They are mis using there powers in whole company. . Manish & say him to accept me back at any cost. His father is denying to hear anything he is saying my son cannot do wrong things he hided everything at home & said I was just drinking tea with Rashmi to prevent himself....
