We bought one pressure cooker on 14 March . Once we boiled water we found it is defective and the water was spilling out of it completely. We took the cooker back to the store just after 1 hour with the bill and warranty details , instead of getting it resolved or listening to our issue . The shopkeepers treated us very badly , argued for 40 minutes made us wait for another 30 minutes for some checks by them.However they found issues with the cooker and replaced it at the end . We do not need refund as the product has been already replaced however we request you to take an action on such indecent behaviour
